FLAG makes no claims on the copyright for materials created by others (e.g. ACTFL "YOL", "Discover Languages", etc. items).
The copyright for any material created by FLAG is reserved. Any duplication or use of objects such as images (in particular, the logo), sounds, or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without FLAG's advance approval.
FLAG has invested resources in the development of its materials (the logo design, documents, etc.) and intends to prevent any unauthorized use. All use of the name and logo must adhere to the following restrictions.
